When you pressed add (author, chair, reviewer, publication editor, reviewer) a pop up appears with all users where you can search by Firstname, Lastname, Organization or Email address, sort them and add them as their respective role by pressing the [[Image:Add.png]] button.<br />

If the user is not in the database yet you can invite him by pressing Invite.<br />

When you want to invite a new user a new dialog box appears, where you have to enter the new users data. The user will be created and notified with email that a new account was created for him. Further the user will be added as his respective role.<br />
