In manage publication editors you can add, remove, search and sort publication editors. The only current additional functionality a publication editor has is "List current CRC papers". There he can access all CRC papers of submissions in the CRC phase. Further they can access additional submission files which have set their IsVisibleForPublicationEditor flag set in manage Additional Submission Files.
