To change your profile settings use the following link [Change Settings] or press the 
Button in the upper right corner.
There you can enter your new data or edit your old data. Upon pressing Save, the new data is saved.
When you are eligible for a discussion board, you will receive an Email for every new Discussion posting. If you don't like to receive those mails, you can turn them of in the profile settings
