With manage Review Types an admin can edit the types of reviewers in a conference. A conference needs at least one review type. These review types define what a reviewer can do and what he can't.
There are currently the following settings:
- Display Name: The name this reviewer type has in the system for the conference. It must be unique for each conference.
- Can Add Review: This reviewer can add reviews to the submission.
- Can Access Discussion: This reviewer can access the discussion forum for each submission
- Fill Out Review To Access Discussion: The reviewer needs to fill out his review before he can access the discussion forum.
- Can Assign Other Reviewer: This reviewer can assign other reviewers to this submission.
- Can Be Assigned From Reviewer: This review type can be assigned from the reviewers who can assign other reviewer. The chair/admin can assign all review types.
- Can Edit Senior Recommendation: If this is checked the reviewer can edit the senior Recommendation. This recommendation is seen by the chair in the overview. There is only one Senior Recommendation per submission.
- Can See Authors: This reviewer can see the author names.
- Can See Other Reviewers: When a reviewer type has this setting, he can see other reviewers names. Otherwise they are only presented with the ID of the reviewer. (In the discussion and other reviews - if they are able to see the reviews).
- Can See Other Reviews If this setting is set, the reviewers in this type can see other reviews. Further they can see the review overview in the submission.
- Reviewer Deadline: The reviewer deadline defines when a reviewer can't submit/edit his review.
