In Submissions you can see all current submission and their current review status and the phase. When the submission is crossed out it means it is currently deleted. This happens when the submissions enter the review phase but no paper was uploaded. The submission can be activated again in Change Submission Status or when a paper is uploaded from the chair in the review phase.
It is possible to sort, after each Column (but Authors) and search for every column (when searching for hasPaper or hasContent: true/false)
