Swap Phase

Swap Phase swaps all Submission from one Phase into another. Only the submission who are in the one phase are swapped to the other phase.

The following tasks happen during the switch:

• Submission -> Review
  • the Content (Pdf/Zips) which the user uploaded, will get locked so they can't delete.
  • If there is no content the submission gets the deleted flag

• Review -> Submission:
  • All Reviewers get outdated
  • Reviewcycle is increased

• Review -> Further Review
  • All Reviewers get outdated
  • Reviewcycle is increased

• Review -> CRC
